It's sometimes hard to stay upbeat and optimistic when promoting online and viewing advertisements that are designed to mess with human psychology.

Most of us are in need of money or we wouldn't be online searching for ways to make money online, so it can get discouraging to view ads and see many confusing, over-hyped offers and sales pitches - some of which we know just have to be outright scams.

Here are some videos I turn to when I want to make sure the hype and competition, sales pitches and online "barkers" don't get me off-track or feeling like I've just ruined my whole financial security by passing up a bunch of greasy offers!

I found the suggestions useful when I tried following the instructions. I ended up with a pretty long "to-do" list but on paper the tasks don't distract me anymore. Before following these instructions, I had so many "to-do" tasks bouncing around my head that they caused confusion and anxiety!
