I created a page on the topic of failure, so I think a page on Milestones is also a good idea to balance things out.

As of Mid-October 2012:

• I have been with the 10K Challenge for 5+ Months
• I have learned to get out over 100,000 mails/ads on a bad day
• I have learned to utilize Text Ad Exchanges
• I have become an admin at a Text Ad Exchange
• I have received payments for participating in the 10K Challenge
• I have over 20 referrals
• I have learned how to construct over a dozen types of ads
• I have learned how to assess offers at ad sites for decent value
• I have learned to avoid rotten offers and scam programs
• I have learned to focus for an hour or less per day to build my business
• I have learned how to detect covert marketing tactics and avoid
• I have missed only a few days of 10K activity in the past 90 days
• I have learned to use SKYPE, G+, and am still learning "link-less" posting
• I do NOT have to work at promoting the 10K Challenge all day to get ahead
• I have four percent active referrals... some may hang in, some may not 
• I have reached PHASE II (been in this phase several weeks)    :)
• Should reach PHASE III (3) before Xmas 2012!

My list of accomplishments is twice as long as my list of "Fails" and require much less explanation than the fails on the other page!

By the end of October, I hope to have 30 sponsee/referrals in the 10K Challenge.
